Hotel and Hospitality Renovation Contractor in Saskatchewan
We renovate hotels and hospitality spaces while the property keeps operating. Guest corridors and room entries, guest and public washrooms, restaurants and lounges. At Alt Hotel Saskatoon we renovated guest floors and the restaurant and lounge. Work is phased floor by floor so rooms come back into service as each section finishes, and the loud work runs outside quiet hours. Brand-standard finishes supplied by the owner get installed to spec. We carry $5M commercial general liability, a $50,000 surety bond and active WCB Saskatchewan coverage, and every project gets a fixed-price quote and a 1-year workmanship warranty.

What's Included
Comprehensive hotel & hospitality services tailored to your needs.
Guest corridors and room entries
Corridor finishes, guest room doors, hardware and room number plaques, replaced a section at a time. We work off a room list so housekeeping and the front desk always know which rooms are down and which are back.
Guest and public washrooms
Guest washrooms and public washrooms taken back to the substrate and rebuilt: waterproofing, tile, partitions, vanities, fixtures and accessories, with the plumbing done by our Red Seal journeyman.
Restaurants and lounges
Dining rooms, bars and lounges, including banquette seating, bar millwork, ceiling treatments and lighting. These rooms usually have a reopening date attached, so the schedule is built backwards from it.
Phased floor-by-floor work
We take a floor or a section at a time so the property keeps selling the rest of the building. Hoarding, protected routes and an agreed service elevator keep construction traffic away from guests.
After-hours work and noise control
Demolition, coring and anything else loud runs inside noise windows agreed with the property before the first day, and we hold to them.
Brand-standard finishes
Hotel programs specify materials down to the finish code. We install what the owner supplies, track the shipments against the room list, and flag a shortage early rather than at install.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our hotel & hospitality services.
Yes, and that is how most of this work happens. We take a floor or a section at a time, hoard it off, and keep construction traffic on routes guests do not use. Rooms come back into service as each phase closes, so the property keeps selling the rest of the building.
We start from a room list and agree with the property how many rooms can be out of service at once. Each phase gets a start date, a return date and a protected access route. The front desk gets the schedule in advance so bookings can be blocked around it.
Yes. Washrooms are a large part of this work: waterproofing, tile, partitions, vanities, fixtures, accessories and accessible layouts. Plumbing is done by our SATCC Red Seal journeyman plumber on staff, so the rough-in and the finished fixtures are the same crew and the same warranty.
Yes. We build out dining rooms, bars and lounges, including banquette seating, bar millwork, ceiling treatments and lighting. Food service spaces usually have a reopening date attached, so we schedule backwards from that date and run the disruptive work while the room is closed.
Usually the owner or the brand program does. Hotel standards specify finishes, fixtures and door hardware down to the code, and those items arrive on the owner purchase orders. We receive and install them, track quantities against the room list, and tell you early if a shipment will not cover the phase.
We carry $5,000,000 commercial general liability, $2,000,000 errors and omissions on our in-house design work, a $50,000 surety bond and active WCB Saskatchewan coverage. We hold memberships with the SRHBA, Merit and the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association. Certificates are available on request.
Our commercial service area is Saskatoon, Regina, North Battleford and Prince Albert. Hospitality work is run the same way anywhere in it: phased by section, with the loud work inside agreed windows. Call toll-free 1-877-696-5753 to ask about a property outside those four cities.
Send us the scope and the room or area count, or book a walkthrough of the property. We come back with a fixed-price quote, a phasing plan and a schedule that says how many rooms are out of service at a time. Toll-free 1-877-696-5753, or use the contact form.
