Traditional projects split those between an architect and a contractor, which creates gaps, delays, and disputes. With Design-Build, drawings are produced by the same team that builds them — so budgets are realistic, timelines are shorter, and there is one accountable party.

Yes. Our in-house design team produces sealed architectural drawings and coordinates engineered drawings that meet City of Saskatoon and provincial permit requirements. We submit and track the permits ourselves.
