Yes. We are licensed with the City of Saskatoon and carry $5,000,000 in commercial general liability, $2,000,000 in errors and omissions on our in-house design work, a $50,000 surety bond and active WCB Saskatchewan coverage. Certificates and the clearance letter go out on request.

Yes. If you have a cabinet supplier, a millworker or a trade you want kept on the job, we coordinate them the way we coordinate our own crews. Tell us before we quote so the scope and the schedule account for them.

Change orders are normal. We write down what changed, price it, and wait for your approval before the work goes ahead. Nothing reaches your invoice that you have not signed off on.

A general contractor holds the contract for the whole project. We pull the permits, hire and schedule every trade, order the materials, run site safety, and carry responsibility for the budget and the completion date. You deal with one company instead of coordinating a framer, a plumber and an electrician yourself.

There is no useful hourly rate, because the price moves with scope, finish level and the condition of the building. Contractors normally quote one of three ways: a fixed price for a defined scope, the cost of the work plus a management fee, or design and construction under a single contract. We quote fixed price by default, after a site visit.

Both. We employ a SATCC Red Seal journeyman plumber and a Red Seal electrician, and we hold Licensed Domestic Gas Contractor No. 6212, so plumbing, electrical and gas work stay in house. Architectural drawings are produced and sealed in house as well. Other trades are subcontracted, and we manage them and answer for their work.

Yes. Residential renovations cover Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville. Commercial, municipal and institutional projects reach Regina, North Battleford and Prince Albert as well. We are running public facility renovations for the City of North Battleford, won on open public tender, and we work for Avenue Living and Alt Hotel Saskatoon.
